"I've been using their services for 25 years and the prices are always fair. The people that work There are usually very pleasant to talk to have a very good selection of archery supplies and fishing supplies and out of the 25 years I've only ever had one bad experience and that was with a price ringing up wrong and not catching it until I got home granite wasn't a lot, but I should've caught it at the store and I know they would've took care of it"

"Great service and friendly people and best of all awesome prices. I have been going there for years and certainly will continue. I highly recommend The Minnow Bucket."
Just in case someone else found this thread trying to come up with the song “La Grange” by ZZ Top, that’s the “bow bow bow bow” 70s ish song I was looking for that led me here!
Full antlion armor is highest DPS when using a crossbow, but it's boring and doesn't allow room for customization. Wasp Tudor pairs well with moth armor or broodmother if you want to apply debuffs and summon bugs frequently. Bee armor kinda slept on since it's tier 2 but can be really fun and powerful for dealing with flyers without pollen arrows.
Highly recommend running summons with bow. Apex predator, whittle widow, mantman, mom genes, and bards bow makes for almost permanent uptime on summons, giving you plenty of breathing room, which allows you to build your armor totally around abilities, no need to take hits ever.
It’s very specific I know but I’m trying to hone on the “perfect” bow regarding how it feels and performs and necessarily the one with the best stats. Regarding arrows, I want the highest damage possible with the most consistent and preferably flattest trajectory. Then after that, the longest range.
I tested a new Infinity bow and shot 1538 shots before the bow broke. This is equivalent to 24 stacks of 64 arrows + 2 more shots. You can repair the bow before it breaks and extend the life more. Having a 2nd infinity bow on hand (in place of a 2nd stack of arrows) is FAR less effort than managing over 3000 arrows (over 48 stacks).
I take the crystal bow mostly but then I always hate myself, when I use rune crossbow. I know the shield give -10 range ark bonus but the Defence stats a pretty nice tbh. I would love to hear your opinions on this
The bow is best in raw damage and medium range once enchanted while the crossbow is faster with the right enchants and can make more precise shots from a distance. It can also fire fireworks and if it has multishot it’s effectively a RPG launcher. It depends on personal choice.
Many late game bow users have 2 bows on their person. The compound bow for things like events where enemies are tougher. Then, the regular bow for basic enemies. Burning love is a basic bow and, in my opinion, should be treated as such.
In that bucket is the spell time for the bound bow. It’s a daedric bow with unlimited arrows. Costs 160 magic to summon. Great for early game. Once you get your archery skill up and are able to get smithing and enchanting an enchanted bow is generally better than any you can find in the wild.
