President Trump got a standing ovation after addressing Israeli lawmakers following Hamas' release of all living hostages under the Gaza peace deal.

Twenty Israeli hostages were released in Gaza Oct. 13 as part of the initial phase of a peace agreement between Israel and Hamas.

Hamas released all 20 living Israeli hostages on Monday as part of a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and U.S. President Donald Trump is in the region to discuss postwar plans.

U.S. President Donald Trump, whose administration brokered the deal, made a whirlwind visit to the region, first to Israel where he addressed the parliament to repeated applause. He landed Monday afternoon in Egypt for the “Summit of Peace” where world leaders are to discuss the ceasefire plan.

Now that the living hostages are all out of Gaza, concern in Israel is growing about the dead. Hamas said it would release only four of the 28 bodies that remain in Gaza on Monday, after having released all 20 of the hostages who remained alive.
