A 79-year-old Florida man is missing after taking the Cog Railway to the summit of Mount Washington on Wednesday. Officials said he was last seen shortly after 3 p.m. near the observation deck. A state park employee briefly reached him by phone and said the man appeared to be lost off-trail. He later stopped answering his phone.
