Paddy Pimblett is planning on having a 2026 for the ages. On Thanksgiving, the UFC announced that Pimblett will take on Justin Gaethje for the interim lightweight title at UFC 324. This is Pimblett’s first UFC title shot, and “The Baddy” is reveling in continuing to prove his doubters wrong.

PADDY PIMBLETT has hit back at critics of his maiden crack at UFC gold. The submission specialist will challenge for the interim lightweight title in the main event of UFC 324 on January 24.

Pimblett has long dismissed his weight gain as being something that could hamper him, but ex-bantamweight king TJ Dillashaw attempted to give him a wake-up call almost four years before the upcoming UFC 324 title shot.
