A tornado watch for all of southeast Wisconsin has expired. The watch was in effect until 7 p.m. Storms are expected to move into the western counties, such as Jefferson County, as early as 3 p.m. Severe weather is most likely along the leading edge of the line.

The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for western Jefferson County until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16. There is also a tornado watch for all of southeast Wisconsin.

SAUK CITY, Wis. – Drone video shot Wednesday showed a tornado spinning up in Sauk City, Wisconsin. Footage showed debris being thrown 6,000 feet into the air as the twister formed and made its way across homes through the southern Wisconsin town.
