Ace Zack Wheeler and slugger Kyle Schwarber will represent the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2025 All-Star Game.

Rob Thomson hoped to deliver All-Star news to Cristopher Sánchez, Ranger Suárez, and Trea Turner, too. Instead, they were snubbed in the voting by major league players, managers, and coaches.

Yay, the Phillies have two All-Stars! First of all, congratulations to Wheeler and Schwarber. Both are clearly deserving of the honor, Wheeler being one of, if not the, top arms in the game today and Schwarber being one of the best hitters in the game, regardless of position. They’re both deserving.
