Northeast Ohio is bracing for a weekend with dangerously cold temperatures and a winter storm with heavy snow and ice.
Temperatures by 8:00 a.m. will be 10 to 15 degrees. A frigid day tomorrow and windy. West to northwest winds will gust over 35 mph at times. Temperatures fall into the single digits by afternoon. Wind chills 4 to 14 below zero.
