Fortnite update 1.000.216 has been released on current-gen platforms on March 20, and is an unannounced patch from Epic.
To pull off the exploit, players need to get in a helicopter or boat with teammates. The driver will then approach the water storm, slowly edging into it, so that their teammate is just barely inside.
Fortnite update 5.05 is available for download as a minor patch, and it's out on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Android.
