Florida's attorney general is accusing the popular online gaming platform Roblox of exposing millions of children to potential predators, issuing criminal subpoenas as legal action underway from families across the country.

Florida AG James Uthmeier announced he is issuing criminal subpoenas to Roblox over allegations that the site is aiding child predators.

The unidentified 19-year-old's suit claims that, as a user of the app starting at age 13, she was “easy prey” due to Roblox’s insufficient safety measures.

Attorney General Russell Coleman alleged in the lawsuit, filed in Kentucky Circuit Court and obtained by Fox News Digital, that Roblox has insufficient guardrails for children and therefore exposes them to child predators, violence and sexually explicit material.

Violent games, including a simulation of the graphic shooting of activist Charlie Kirk, are seen by young children on the social gaming platform, the lawsuit alleges.
