At Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport the flight cancellations and delays continued on Thursday, Nov. 13. Flight tracking website FlightAware showed 52 flights to and from Sky Harbor were delayed and 54 flights were canceled as of 10:45 a.
The FAA has announced it would freeze its flight reduction plan at 6%. But, there are still roughly 100 delayed or canceled flights at Sky Harbor on Thursday.
