As first responders continue to rescue people stranded by the torrential flooding that descended on central Texas Friday, dozens of people are facing a parent’s worst nightmare: Their children are missing.

“Emma Foltz, of Alexandria, Louisiana, and rising senior at Louisiana Tech, has been a camp counselor at Camp Mystic in Texas for three years,” Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry wrote in a social media post on Saturday, July 5.
