Winds peaked near 60 mph and will slowly go down this evening. By late tonight, gusts should only reach 30 mph.

Wisconsin winter storm warnings, weather advisories issued
The National Weather Service has issued winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories for parts of southeast Wisconsin.
Wisconsin's brief warm spell is ending, with temperatures dropping to the 30s and 40s and strong winds expected.
Most of the week is looking quiet until a frontal system moves in on Thursday. It will be warmer with high temperatures around 60 degrees.

Milwaukee Weather: Blizzard Warning for ALL OF SE WI
Blizzard Warning for ALL OF SE WI for the first time since 2011. It runs until 4pm Monday.
Some patchy fog may develop again on Saturday night with low temperatures in the upper 30s. As a cold front sweeps through Wisconsin, we may see a few rain showers Sunday morning.
The National Weather Service predicts a 62% chance El Niño conditions will emerge between June and August 2026.
Cloudy weather across the state may, however, impede chances of seeing the northern lights.
The snow has finally stopped falling, and tallies show the massive March winter storm brought more than 30 inches of snow to parts of Wisconsin. In central Wisconsin, which was hit hardest, the storm began the evening of Saturday, March 14 and did not relent until the morning of Monday, March 16, according to the National Weather Service.
