Tyler Glasnow (shoulder) is set to return next week from a similar injury after needing three rehab starts, so Snell could return in late-July or early-August, depending on how his shoulder responds.

Pitchers Blake Snell and Blake Treinen are progressing toward a return for the Los Angeles Dodgers. Snell and Treinen each faced hitters Saturday, and Snell pitched two innings. Each could begin a rehab assignment after the All-Star break.

Civale (1-5) allowed five runs (two earned) on five hits and two walks while striking out four over five innings to take the loss versus the Dodgers on Thursday. All of the damage came over the first three innings.
