A 26-year-old woman has been arraigned in the fatal stabbing of her manager after being told to leave early from her shift following an argument at a Detroit-area McDonald’s restaurant

A woman has been arraigned on charges relating to the fatal stabbing of a McDonald's restaurant manager in Eastpointe.

EASTPOINTE, MI – One person is dead after a fight between McDonald’s co-workers in Macomb County. The Eastpointe Police Department responded to the fast-food restaurant on 9 Mile Road at 7:55 a.m. on July 10 to investigate a stabbing and a shot fired report.

A recruitment platform used by McDonald’s is alleged to have had such poor cybersecurity that researchers were able to log into it using a non-password and thus gain access to information on tens of millions of job applicants, including contact details and chat logs between the user and the restaurant’s AI bot.
