That's A LOT of rain and it still disappeared! Pervious concrete was recently installed for the much needed North Port Public Library parking expansion. This type of concrete allows stormwater to go back in the ground, reducing the chances of flooding. It's installed in various areas around town including some of our sidewalks, Aldi, Autozone and the SCAT park-n-ride at City Hall.
