When most people think of layering, they think about staying warm, but it’s equally important to plan for layering solutions to stay cool too! On this day, I wore a thick long-sleeve tee shirt and a fleece vest for the Manitou Incline. With it being mid February, I truly thought this was a smart idea, however I quickly realized I was WAY overdressed and was getting too hot very quickly. I slowed down my pace to help cool down, but ultimately Derrick gave me the LITERAL SHIRT OFF HIS BACK to help
