Cyclist squats (same as stiletto squats but I’m a boy and I do let wear stilettos 👠) 💁🏻‍♂️ 180kg for 3 sets of 3 paused reps. This is my lighter waist accessory work and is my absolute favourite way to build quads. Believe it or not, the way o do low bar squats with heavy weights ISN’T great for building quads because I use my hips more than my quads in that technique.
